NEW WEEK, NEW STRATEGY

Okay, so last week began like a train leaving the station with a puff of steam and the grandeur of reaching it's destination in record time, but what it didn't see was the mountain around the bend that it must climb before it can reach said destination.

This week will be different.  I will not burn myself out in the first three days and I will not pick a track that runs up a mountain that I cannot possibly climb.  I will level the playing field, to mix a metaphor, and hopefully I'll achieve at least a four day exercise week.  Saturdays and Sundays are a given exemption.  But Monday thru Friday should be accounted for in my exercise journal.

Next week promises better balance.

No recorded data? Yeah, I don't have to do another session! You'd understand this if you read my blog. LOL! I hope you did exercise though.

Yes, a steady pace is always better, but I say if you have the extra steam put it to good use!
