I attended a spinning class at 5:30 this morning with my visiting teacher, a typical blond bombshell with skinny in all the right places. I feel like a blob next to her, so what could a little bike ride hurt, right? Actually it wasn't all that bad except for the posture on the bikes. I hate leaning forward and putting my weight on my hands for that long. And it was a little embarrassing when she said to stand up and peddle and I could only do it for a few seconds before I had to sit down again. I sweated like a pig, which I guess is great, but I don't really feel it in my muscles, so I did some weights afterwards. Not a lot because I had to get back so James could go to work, but I'll go to these classes three times a week. And yes, I'll be going at 5:30 in the morning.
On a side note though...it's probably not the best strategy to come home and make french toast after working out. Sort of counter productive, if you know what I mean.

Great job going to the classes. Don't worry, it will get easier if you keep up with it.
Remember, you tend to eat better if you have to record it.
Keep up the good work!
