IT'S A COLD START

I'm having a hard time getting back into a routine. It's a little chaotic here with three little babies, there's always someone eating.

But I will prevail. I have five months before sisters weekend. That gives me five months to get my butt back down to a reasonable size. No more setting off the richter scale every time I get out of bed.

Five months to reacquaint myself with appropriate portions. No more piling three slices of pizza on my plate. Pizza will be limited to once, okay, maybe twice a month and no more than two thin crust slices.

Then of course theres the challenge of finding something to wear, which we all know is a little iffy in the big woman's world. I think if more designers were obese, we'd have much cuter clothes. As it is, we get the fabrics no other designer would touch and an assumption that, we too, would like our clothes to cling to our bodies. For what? To show off every roll, every dimple, every stretch mark?

There must be a way to maintain style in a world every part of my body is super sized! Big boned women of the world, unite! I say we kidnap all the best designers and hold them hostage, feeding them french fries and ice cream until they pop and then see what comes off the assembly line.

I upgraded my daily plate to GOLD. Now I can track my glucose as well as my carb consumption, and a whole slue of other things. I'll keep you posted. My current weight is 220 and my measurements are none of your busy body wax. :) Just kidding. I'll measure when they make a tape measure long enough.
