FORWARD MOMENTUM

I'm always telling my children; In life, you have to think of yourself as a tight rope walker. A tight rope walker must keep moving or he'll fall to his death. Of course, he can go backwards as well as forward, but the idea is to make it from point A to point B. Anything else is pointless (no pun intended).

Ergo real life. If you don't keep a forward momentum, you risk falling, or moving backwards, both of which are unproductive and often painful.

This will be my new focus as I try, yet again, to lose this weight.

"Forward Momentum" No more moving in the wrong direction. No more giving up. No more mediocrity. Something has to change, if not for my size, then for my self respect.

So, for the next six months, I have a workout partner as well as a personal trainer, and no excuse for failure. Let's see what I'm actually capable of.

AND YOU?

Thanks for the pep talk. Is Sierra your partner for the next 6 months?

Yes, they gave me a free VIP guest pass for six months. She also gets to be part of my personal training sessions for free.
