ONWARD HO

So far my momentum is pushing me in the right direction. I've worked out every day possible and my workouts are at a maximum effort level, including weights and cardio. I must remember to eat protein before I go to workout. If I don't, my internal engine loses combustion before I've reached the end of my workout.

I just tried a good tasting protein powder called "Jay Robb's Egg Protein Powder"

I like egg protein better than whey protein because whey protein is an isolated protein, and I was told by a very reliable source that whey proteins penetrate the fat cells and harden, making them almost impossible to lose. Think about that next time you eat a bar or a drink with isolated protein. You're better off blending an egg into a glass of milk and making egg nog.
