I'd like to know more about nutrition because I'm so confused anymore. I really need to eat more vegetation but I don't like cold foods. Salads are something I usually only eat at a restaurant, and only because it comes with the meal. Vegetables are something I buy in the freezer department in single serving sizes because nobody else will eat them.
Lunch is my main meal of the day, so how can I make the most of it?
How can I rid myself of the mindset that I have to eat another full meal at dinner time?
What can I eat in the evening that is warm as well as satisfying and won't work against me?
Is there a bar that will give me my micro foods, be low on the glycemic index, low enough in calories and doesn't taste like dirty socks?
I'm getting closer to saying; "Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die."
