LIFE'S A CLIMB

I survived Monday, though not unscathed. My calorie count was above 1600 and I only walked a leisurely pace. I continue to hover at my current weight and haven't gathered the courage to measure myself. The biggest difficulty I'm finding at this point, is caring. I can't seem to find the motivation. Especially when I do eat right and exercise and have little or no results. It's frustrating. Then I throw my hands in the air and say; "Life's too short."

But, in the interest of self preservation, I'll keep trudging along. If there's one thing God will be able to say about me in the end, it's that I kept trying. Who can ask for more?

I've been playing with the movie maker and have developed a short piece that morphed several times in the making. It started out as a funny look at my skinny years as if to say, 'has anyone seen this woman?' But in finding the perfect song, I found some music that inspired a look at this climb we call life. Please take a minute to watch.
